We attended the Startup City Miami Conference, put on by the Atlantic Magazine.
It was another great Miami event, with excellent speakers, a highly engaged audience, and a sense of community.
I also spoke on a panel about talent, and shared the success that we have had in recruiting, here in Miami and from around the world.
Miami helps us to get the best people. It's quality of life, it's inexpensive costs of living, it's 0% State & Local income tax rate. All of these things work in the favor of Miami companies trying to bring in talent, or to retain talent from the over 400,000 higher education students that call Miami home.
